Spring Park is located in Tuscumbia, AL

How to get there:
From the east:
Take 72 into Tuscumbia and turn right on Main Street, the park is on the left on Spring Park Road and there are signs at each turn.

What to expect:
Handicap accessible, bathrooms, picnic tables, walking path, waterfall, lake, playground, small rollercoaster, small carousel (150 pound weight limit) and train.

Open daily 9-9, the park has several features that make a visit worthwhile.  It has the largest known man-made waterfalls, Coldwater Falls as well as a lovely lake, nice playground and plenty to do for a long afternoon-which is good because you will want to stay for the dusk light and fountain show set to various music each Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening.

There is no admission for the park, but each ride-coaster, train and carousel-is $2-3 each, or $6 to ride all three. The price is for an armband and once purchased, you can ride as many times as you'd like.
There is a water play area that also has an admission price of $2 a child.

In warmer months before school is out, the park rides are open 3-8 Friday, 10-8 on Saturday and 1-8 on Sunday.
Summer hours are extended throughout the week to 10-8.

You can call (256) 383-0783 for more information and to confirm times before setting out.

On Thursdays in June, July, August and September from 4-7 p.m. there is a market at the park, with vendor selling produce and cooked foods, live music and a different chef each week giving live cooking demontrations.
